From my birthday party in the fall to a great exhibition opening in the Spring, it’s been a very good few months filled with great times: Billie Joe Armstrong and Debbie Harry, Lez Zeppelin, Patti Smith, The Sundance Festival (for skiing), then to LA to photograph Gene Simmons, and to Austin for SXSW and ending with an opening at Pop International Galleries with Jim Jarmusch and Allison Mosshart in New York…see below.

Sheena & the Rokkets were among the many bands at the Fuji Rock Festival. In spite of the rain, more than 100,000 people came to dance to the music and had a great time. The Festival site is very large, set up on a golf/ski resort.
